My Top 3 Warm Apple Cider Vinegar Drinks

I have a deep love loathe relationship with apple cider vinegar. I use it for everything from detoxing, to immune boosting, to cleaning, and to natural skin care. It is at the top of my list of the most versatile things you can have stocked in your home. However, apple cider vinegar on its own, is hard to get down the throat. I have undoubtedly came close to choking a time or two from thinking I would get brave and chug this stuff.

Wanting to get my apple cider vinegar in every single day, I have come up with some delicious recipes to make and keep in the fridge for daily enjoyment. The bonus is that most of these recipes have a gentle detoxifying effect on the body as well. Many of these drinks can be enjoyed warm or cold, depending on your preference.

1. Cozy Morning Detox

Ingredients

Comine and stir


2. Fire Under the Stars

  • 1 mug warm water

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 dash of clove

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 dash nutmeg

  • Orange zest to taste

  • 1 tbsp honey or stevia

Combine and stir


3. Autumn Nights

  • 1 mug warm water

  • 1 tbsp raw honey

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 
2 tbsp lemon, lime, or orange juice fresh squeezed
