I want to try to make these for my husband :) Thank you for sharing, How you thought about using shorts as a video for your recipes? It could help people follow, I know you send so much time editing all your platforms but an idea to help us simple folks in the kitchen LOL

Dear Lea, these rolls are truly delicious and very easy to make. I didn't have rice flour, so I just substituted rice flour and arrowroot for spelt flour and they were fantastic! My husband and our son loved them. I stored the left-overs in a plastic bag and they were even fluffier the following day. Many thanks for sharing soul-nourishing recipes. Big hugs from Canada! Katia
